Our Story

Greetings,

Allow us to introduce ourselves as Tim and Sara.

Tim hails from Angola but spent his formative years in the UK, with a deep-rooted appreciation for technology, botany, and branding. On the other hand, Sara was born and raised in Ethiopia, with a later upbringing in Saudi Arabia and the UK, equipped with expertise in diet and nutrition, coupled with an unwavering passion for the culinary arts.

Our desire to make a positive impact in our respective homelands had always burned brightly within us, but initially, we were uncertain about the path we should take.

It became clear that agriculture and the transformation of raw materials were pivotal to the well-being of the local population. It wasn't until we began making regular visits to Angola and Ethiopia, engaging with local producers, and venturing into remote regions that we truly witnessed their dedication to their land, their work, and their ongoing commitment to improvement.

During a lengthy conversation with local women, the topic revolved around agriculture in Africa and the health benefits offered by natural elements like Baobab and Bitter Leaves. To our surprise, they shared some dried ingredients with us to taste. It was an experience like no other, and we were compelled to share this newfound discovery with the world.

Struggling with weight issues and high blood pressure, I embarked on a journey to incorporate Baobab and other local ingredients into our daily regimen, crafting teas and smoothies after every meal. The results were astounding – I shed over half of my weight, going from 123 kg to 59 kg, while Sara experienced reduced bloating and fatigue in just a matter of days.

The decision was clear - why not share these incredible superfoods, including herbs and spices, with others? In that very moment, almost without realizing it, YezNatural.com was born.

Our products are sourced from cooperatives of small-scale producers in Angola, Ethiopia, South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, and various other African nations. Since collaborating with these local farmers, their income has more than quadrupled, providing vital support for their children.

Our mission is to expand our network of producers, empower these dedicated women, enhance the value of raw ingredients, and bring these natural treasures to customers worldwide.

Our passion for our work knows no bounds, and we relish the opportunity to connect with our customers. If you wish to delve deeper into the remarkable benefits offered by natural superfoods from West Africa, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Sincerely,
Tim and Sara, Reaching Out to the World.
